Aviator Lacrosse Club is excited to announce our Winter 2023-2024 training schedule and an indoor tournament opportunity.
Winter Skills Clinic
Aviator Lacrosse Club will host 10 skills clinic dates for offensive (shooting/dodging), defensive, and goalie skill instruction. The clinics will take place at the 4.40 Performance warehouse in North Canton, OH (link).
The dates for Aviator’s indoor clinics are:
· December 3, 10, and 17, 2023;
· January 7, 14, 21, and 28, 2024; and
· February 4, 11, and 18, 2024.
Offensive skills clinics will take place from 1 – 2 PM on those dates.
Defensive and Goalie skills clinics will take place from 2 – 3 PM.
Parents/players can register for 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, and 1 package sessions (link). Purchase of a 10 session package will come with an Aviator Lacrosse Club t-shirt. Pricing for the sessions is tiered and more sessions equals more per session savings.
Indoor Lacrosse Tournament
Aviator Lacrosse Club plans to send a 7/8th grade team (link) and High School team (link) to compete in Force Lacrosse’s December 28, 2023 Nutcracker Tournament. The tournament is separate from the indoor skills clinics and the rosters will be invitation only. But this is a fun opportunity to get some game reps in over the holiday break.
The Nutcracker comes with a 3-game per team guarantee. The 7/8th grade division is 4 vs. 4 format (1 Attack/1 Middie/1 Defense/1 Goalie), and the high school division is 5 vs. 5 format (1 Attack/2 Middies/1 Defense/1 Goalie). Field sizes are 40 yards x 22 yards for 7/8th graders, and 80 yards x 44 yards for high schoolers.
